Is it true that using Linux can bypass ISP throttling?
My ISP have throttle my p2p bandwidth badly and i'm looking for a solution to solve this problem.
pls don't suggest vpn, tcp optimiser, evil and etc.. i tried them all 
If your ISP knows anything about networking, you won't be able to bypass it by changing the operating system or violating TCP/IP specifications.
