I hate to criticize my music?!?
People look through my ipod that I have over 1600 songs, but here is a sample Random I yonder Stereophonics Led Zeppelin Les Choristes Bill Evans Trio Lynrd Skynrd Jimi Hendrix Paul Weller, James Brown Paco Lucía charger Ry Manic Street Preachers Cooder Shcumann Kanye West Oscar Peterson Muse Pirates of the Caribbean Miles Davis Crowded House Santana Red Hot Chilli Peppers Jamiroquai flagship family of Maurice Ravel Beethoven, I think it's a pretty varied selection of music, I'm 17 years so much of him before my time anyway, but I really listen to music from different eras. I lot of modern music on my iPod, and I know that sometimes this lack of originality and musicality real but if I listened ... why not? I am a musician myself, and taking a high-level music and I know a lot about music anyway. Some people criticize the news, saying its crap. Others make fun of music. I never know what to say back: (
You have the right to listen to what you want. Some people listen to songs that are mostly of whales, played over and over again. Tastes music is very varied and there is nothing wrong with it. People who criticize modern music tend to regard modern music in the context of the Early music and quite frankly, wrong. As a consultant, I am required to consider all the tracks without comparing them to old tracks. This gives more Recent artists a chance to get their music heard. Some people may say that it encourages artists to just copy the music of ancient artists. But It is my experience that artists find their own ways to the styles of music pioneered by artists past and build. There are a lot of innovation in modern music, but it must have listened to music enough to make objective distinctions. In addition, in terms of market value, is that if the song sounds good and quite different from other modern tracks, it will sell well. Those who tell you that music is either crap or not lack of originality maturity and objectivity necessary to evaluate the music. They have no credibility and would certainly not succeed in the industry unless they have overcome their biases.
