What's up with Evanescence/We Are The Fallen?
Hi guys.
I'm just wondering if anyone else is feeling iffy about all this.
Most of the Evanescence fans are going all anti- We Are the fallen.
I mean, I love Amy Lee, and I'm really looking forward to their new album, but that doesn't mean I automatically hate We Are The Fallen.
I mean, We Are The Fallen's music is still pretty good, and I'm also looking forward to their albums.
What are everyone elses opinions?
It's probably because of the fact that Ben Moody and the other former members of Evanescence are in it. I respect what Evanescence do and really like their music and well, the anti-We are the fallen thing is news to me, but I'm guessing they see them as a threat because Moody and the guys left to join this new band and they are invariable alike in sound and look. In my opinion the frontwoman's voice is unmistakably like Lee's. They might see them as traitors or something and doing it out of spite. But I'm really just guessing here. However, I do think it very possible.
