Some techniques on how to use Bass Drum pedal?
I know how to function the snare, hi-hat, etc. but I'm having a lot of trouble with the bass drum pedal and how to play bass and snare at the same time . Anyways, i was just wondering if anybody could please give me some techniques on how to do it properly or what ways suit you.

That's a good question because i had the same kind of problem when i started drumming, but i have come a long way. I would start by doing a simple beat on the hi-hat and snare with a constant hi-hat count of 8th notes, and hit the snare on every 2 and 4.(it sounds tricky but its simple)
Ex. Hi-Hat would be 1-and-2-and-3-and-4-and
where you would hit it on every number as well as the ands.
And snare would go on 2 as well as 4.
But you probably know that beat so i just get to the bass drum part.
The bass drum part would be on 1 and then as you get used to that, you can hit the bass drum on 1 as well as 3.
